MILTON PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION
The Milton Public Library Foundation was established to enhance Library
services and collections. Foundation monies are not used to replace
or in any way substitute for funds historically provided by the City of Milton
to support the Library.
The Foundation is an IRS 501c(3) charitable organization, and
all contributions are tax deductible. The Foundation has a governing Board who oversees the preservation of the funds and annually recommends the transfer of earnings from investments to the Library.
This enables the Library to offer programs, services, events, and other projects that otherwise could not be offered.
HELPING THE LIBRARY GROW
This year the Foundation is focusing its efforts on the Library’s expansion.
The goal of the expansion is to create a comfortable, flexible, and efficient space
for Milton to learn, imagine, gather, and share. Particular focus will be placed on a larger children’s and teen area, new early literacy center, comfortable quiet space, large community meeting room, and a computer lab.
SUPPORT THE LIBRARY
Your gift to the Milton Public Library Foundation will help the Library expand
its services as well as its space for future generations. It will also help maintain the excellence of the Library's collections, diverse programming, and free and open
access to technology and information resources.
All contributions are tax deductible.
