Division for Libraries, Technology and Community Learning - Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Includes information on the e-rate, LSTA, WISCAT, conferences and DLCL services.

Public Library Services for Youth with Special Needs: A Plan for Wisconsin - Funded through LSTA and developed by a 23-member task force appointed by DPI State Supt. John Benson, the plan focuses on library service at the local goal and each of six goals includes objectives and suggested activities for individual libraries.
